An honest note for celiac guests: every pizza at Roostica bakes in the same 900-degree Earthstone wood-fired ovens, so we cannot promise a fully gluten-free environment. Roostica does not deliver; gluten-free orders are takeout or dine-in, placed by phone or in person, available daily. We are open Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM.
