Roostica serves thin-crust, hand-tossed Neapolitan-style pizza baked in two Earthstone wood-fired ovens, plus Sicilian deep-dish and Nonna's Pie, a thin New York-style pizza, every Thursday. The kitchen also does rustic Italian plates: pastas, salads, and nightly specials.
What time does Roostica open on Saturday?
On Saturday and Sunday, Roostica opens at 4 PM and closes at 10 PM. On weekdays, Monday through Friday, Roostica opens at 11 AM and closes at 10 PM. There is no weekend lunch service.
