At Roostica Wood-Fired Pizzeria, we honor the tradition of authentic Neapolitan pizza. Our vision is simple: to bring the true taste of Naples to Key West by using only the finest ingredients—soft-grain flour, Italian plum tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, and extra-virgin olive oil—all baked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven. Every bite reflects a commitment to tradition, flavor, and quality.

Bobby and Michelle Mongelli, after traveling to all the pizza capitals in the USA and Naples, Italy, agreed on one thing—

that Stock Island needed an amazing family-style pizzeria and gathering spot. So, they waited for the perfect spot,

an old warehouse that needed a lot of TLC.​​​

​​

They built the entire restaurant around two wood-fired Earthstone pizza ovens, and the rest is history.
